Keynote Speaker: Kevin Harrington

Kevin Harrington has been a successful entrepreneur over the last 40 years.  He is an Original Shark on the ABC hit, Emmy winning TV show, Shark Tank. He is also the Inventor of the Infomercial, As Seen On TV Pioneer, Co- Founder of the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA) and Co- Founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).

Kevin has launched over 20 businesses that have grown to over $100 million in sales each, has been involved in more than a dozen public companies, and has launched over 500 products generating more than $5 billion in sales worldwide with iconic brands and celebrities such as Billy Mays, Jack Lalanne, Tony Little, and George Foreman. His success led Mark Burnett to hand pick Kevin to become an Original Shark on Shark Tank where he filmed over 175 segments.

The true value of Kevin is not only the 40 years of his knowledge of building businesses but also what he can do for other companies in many industries with his global Rolodex and his ability to solve problems.

Lisa Picard is President and CEO of EQ Office, where she leads culture, vision and strategy for the company. As CEO, Lisa drives the strategic direction for the organization, inspires her team to find creative solutions that challenge past assumptions and help customers identify new pathways for success.

Prior to joining EQ, Lisa was EVP at Skanska Commercial Development, where she was responsible for establishing the company's strategic development and investment for the Pacific Northwest. She also founded Muse Development, in Seattle, and worked several years for Hines interests, where she managed multiple national accounts for pension fund investments in real estate.

Lisa holds two master's degrees from MIT and regularly lectures at MIT and the University of Washington on topics she is passionate about, including design thinking, mindful leadership, real estate innovation and understanding risk in changing markets. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Honest Buildings.

Eric Roseman is responsible for strategic innovation, special projects, and business development in the West Region. He is responsible for expanding existing relationships by educating them on built-environment technology, devising new ways to improve the real estate experience for tenants, assisting on new development and the tenant improvement business lines. Eric is a real estate technology thought leader, having over 5 years of experience sharing and deploying technology solutions to institutional landlord relationships as well as large occupiers of commercial real estate space. Previously, Eric worked as The Director of West Coast Digital Sales for CBRE after his acquisition from Floored, 3D real estate startup, and as an Equity Portfolio specialist for Bloomberg Financial.

After a decade in real estate, tech, finance, and sales, Brian founded REBLS (Real Estate Buyers Listing Service), which allowed owners to enter their address and see matching buyers instantly. Shortly after he met 18-year-old Devyn Cairns, was wowed, and hired him as a software engineer. Devyn and Bryan co-founded Everyhome, a platform that allowed any buyer to bid on any property in the country. In 2016 they launched CityBldr, AI to determine the highest and best use of a property. The company locates the most underutilized property in any geography and buys or brokers them.
CityBldr was named Innovator of the Month by the Puget Sound Business Journal in September 2017 and was listed number 1 on Forbes’ list of 11 companies transforming commercial real estate through AI. When he's not working, Bryan enjoys hiking in the PNW, exploring urban neighborhoods, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Bobby Goodman manages strategic brokerage initiatives and business development at Truss and is the commercial real estate subject matter expert. Bobby combines his extensive background in real estate with Truss’ marketplace vision, helping shape a new era in leasing commercial space. Bobby is a recognized industry visionary, never satisfied with the status quo. Bobby’s mission is to simplify and streamline the entire leasing process to make it easy for Truss customers.

Prior to starting Truss, Bobby held positions for international real estate firms JLL, Colliers and Mark Goodman & Associates, completing transactions for some of the largest companies in the world. Goodman has been named Most Influential Real Estate Brokers by Crain’s Chicago Business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Psychology from the University of Colorado.

Parke is responsible for the firm’s investment, asset & property management and development activities in Orange County. Since joining the firm in 2011, Parke has been involved in the acquisition and strategic execution of over $950 million of office, industrial and retail properties, while overseeing the completion of more than 450 lease transactions valued in excess of $600 million in consideration. Additionally, Parke oversees the development and redevelopment activities of the firm’s portfolio, including most notably FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy, Orange County’s first purpose built creative office campus, and TRADE Marketplace and Food Hall in Irvine.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Parke was a Market Director for Holt Lunsford Commercial in Dallas, where he oversaw the agency leasing, acquisition & disposition and property management responsibilities for a portion of the company’s 35 million+ square foot institutionally owned industrial portfolio. During that tenure, Parke was consistently recognized as a top producer for the company and a market leader in the Dallas Fort Worth industrial community. Parke serves on the NAIOP Board of Directors and is a licensed broker in the State of California. Richard Sarkis is CEO and co-founder of Reonomy, a commercial real estate data and analytics platform. Since the company’s founding in 2013, Sarkis has been instrumental in raising $68 million in venture capital and led Reonomy through a successful web-platform launch in New York City, as well as the launch of a second nationwide platform in 2017. An avid entrepreneur, Sarkis has launched numerous companies, including an international arbitrage textbook company, a college marketing network and an offshore tech company.
