NAIOP SoCal's annual mentorship program is designed to bring together young commercial real estate professionals with industry veterans to form relationships that lead to personal and professional growth for both the mentor and mentee.

1 Meeting between Mentor and Mentee per Month | 3 In-Person Networking Events with industry leaders


The program enables NAIOP SoCal members who are Developing Leaders (under 35 years of age) to enhance their career progression by amplifying skills and abilities required for leadership.

Mentees are hand-chosen, high-achievers who remain motivated to take control over their professional development.  The partnership between the mentor and mentee is built upon a foundation of trust, respect, confidentiality and professionalism, and mentees are encouraged to build a relationship with their mentor above and beyond this program.

Mentee Participation Fee: $250 (covers food, drinks and three events throughout the year)
