Awards will also be presented in the following categories to be determined by the NAIOP SoCal Executive Committee. (No Entry Required):

Nomination Requirements

Project(s) must be completed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Temporary Certificate of Occupancy or Substantial Completion must be achieved prior to 12/31/2025.

Private-sector project(s) only. At least one member of the nominated project team must be an active NAIOP SoCal member in good standing. A project may be nominated in more than one category but we recommend considering each category carefully. Each category will be judged based on the specific criteria and responses to questions. For all entries, Southern California is defined as Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County and Ventura County. Please note, NAIOP SoCal reserves the right to re-assign nominations, and add, amend, or drop categories based on nominations received.
