Each year graduate student teams from USC and UCLA compete in one of the most unique events in Southern California, the NAIOP SoCal Real Estate Challenge. This year’s event will be held on November 15 on the campus of UCLA at Carnesale Commons.
During the event, five-person graduate student teams from the Ziman Center of Real Estate at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and the Lusk Center at USC’s Marshall School of Business and Price School of Public Policy will present their strategy to deliver the highest and best use for a unique Southern California land site. The students’ live presentations will be judged by a panel of industry leaders.
In addition to the student presentations, the Real Estate Challenge will feature commentary on the upcoming USC vs. UCLA football game. Click here for more information on sponsorship opportunities and ticket information.
