This 2017 site is in the City of El Segundo within the Northrop Grumman campus. Our graduate student teams from the Ziman Center of Real Estate at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and the Lusk Center at USC’s Marshall School of Business and Price School of Public Policy will compete head-to-head on their proposals for the highest and best use for an excess eight acres of land.
The competition also features a high-level panel of judges from the Southern California commercial real estate industry. Don’t miss the chance to hear what the student teams envision and to root for your favorite Bruins and Trojans!
