Applications are now being accepted for the inaugural class of the joint NAIOP and Prologis Inclusion in CRE Scholarship program that will engage up to 10 women or underrepresented professionals in a comprehensive program that prepares them for positions in commercial real estate development and operations.
The deadline for application is Saturday, March 31. Applications must be submitted online.
Applicants must have a minimum 5 years of experience and current employment within the real estate industry, including development, architecture, planning, government, transportation, engineering, finance, sustainability, and nonprofits. Recipients of the scholarship will receive:
- NAIOP Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development, at the completion of four 16-hour courses: two required core courses, Essentials of the Development Process and Advanced Development Practices, and two elective courses to be chosen from the other eight courses in the Center for Education curriculum (both live online and on-demand).
- Complimentary registration and travel stipend to CON: The Industrial Conference, NAIOP’s premier industrial event with 700+ industrial real estate leaders (June 7-8, New Jersey). Scholarship recipients will be recognized during the event.
