Building Block Foundation Fund White Party Fundraiser and Fashion Show Coming Sept. 12!

Why should you be at the Building Block Foundation Fund (BBFF) White Party?

  1. Sponsorship and ticket sales support BBFF’s donations to worthwhile charities that help at-risk youth in Orange County.
  • Cheer on industry peers, including many NAIOP SoCal YPGers and chapter members, who will walk the runway in a high-energy Fashion Show featuring the latest styles from OC-based Grayse, a luxury women’s collection, and Garys Men’s Clothing, among other fine brands.
  • Network the night away with hundreds of CRE pros in your finest white attire at Noguchi Garden in Costa Mesa during an epic evening of tasty food and cocktails.

This annual event is BBFF’s primary fundraiser that provides funds to local charitable programs such as Project Access, Taller San Jose/Hope Builders, Kids Connected, Joyful Child Foundation, Career Beginnings, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, KidWorks, and others. To date, Building Block Foundation Fund has raised well over $2.9 million in support of these worthwhile charitable organizations.

The White Party will be held Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Noguchi Garden at Irvine Company’s Pacific Arts Plaza at 611 Anton in Costa Mesa. Registration is now open and great sponsorship opportunities are still available. This year, BBFF is proud to announce that the White Party Title Sponsor is The Bascom Group.  “The White Party stands out because while it raises money to help young people and supports hard-working charities in our county, it’s a lot of fun. We expect close to 500 people decked out in white who will be there to network and cheer on people they know and work with as they strut down the runway,” said Sal Provenza, chairman, Building Block Foundation Fund and partner, WD Land.
