08:00 AM - 09:00 AM

NAIOP SoCal is pleased to announce that applications for the 2010-2011 Young Professionals Group (YPG) are now being accepted. Designed for individuals age 35 and younger who wish to further their educational and leadership skills, this 12-month, 70-hour course provides a broad-based understanding of the critical components of the real estate business, as well as key business and operating principles and networking opportunities with leading industry executives.

The application process begins NOW ... deadline for receipt of ALL application materials is January 15, 2010, and March 5, 2010 for receipt of tuition and employer endorsement fees. Click here for a copy of the student application materials and preliminary syllabus, or here to download a Microsoft Word version of the application.

Informational sessions will be held in two convenient locations to review the criteria and curriculum, and answer questions. Dates and locations are shown below and space is limited, so we encourage you to register now.

YPG provides an educational forum for the professional development of our industry's top young talent, and we encourage you to support the program by enrolling your young real estate professionals.
