PROGRAM: Join us for a political perspective on the first 100 days of a new Administration and what it means for California, including the federal TARP funding and its impact on commercial real estate. We’ll also examine the State of California’s financial situation and the upcoming ballot initiatives … is there any way out of this mess?
SPEAKER: A well-known figure in both politics and real estate, Gary Hunt provides a unique perspective on the inner workings in Sacramento and Washington, D.C. In addition to serving as interim CEO of Grubb & Ellis Company, Hunt is also the managing partner and CEO of the public affairs firm California Strategies. His 30 years of experience in major land use planning, entitlement and development, business, government and political affairs makes him uniquely qualified to share his insight on California’s political future.
