Now in its 15th year, the annual USC vs UCLA Real Estate Challenge is set for November 15, 2012 at Covel Commons on the UCLA campus.
BIG NEWS: It’s a tie-breaker year with UCLA at 7 wins vs. USC at 7 wins.
Make plans now to support this important industry event that benefits the chapter, the community and two great real estate programs. Each year, top graduate student teams from Ziman Center at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and the Lusk Center at USC’s Marshall School of Business and School of Policy, Planning & Development go head to head in one of Southern California’s most exciting real estate competitions.

The greatest advantage was the practical exposure to on-the-ground market research and pitching a viable development deal suited to current market conditions. But plenty can also be said about the willingness of the SoCal Real Estate community to help throughout the process, and the access to top industry leaders.
