Join us for a case study on the redevelopment of the Citadel Outlets & Office Complex, located in the city of Commerce. The only outlet mall in Los Angeles County, in 1995 the project originally included 268,000 square feet of office space, 139,000 square feet of retail space and a hotel. Craig Realty Group acquired the property in 2003 from the Commerce Community Development Commission and developed the second and third phases that have now expanded the property to 427,000 square feet of outlet retail. This case study will cover the project from start to finish: creating the vision, financing the deal, winning the bid, the redevelopment process, etc.
